For a European high-jewellery maison, we structured the gold chain from finished pieces back through workshops and refiners: chain-of-custody documents collected and validated at each actor, sourcing declarations attributed and timestamped, and every participant's data segregated to its own scope. The result is a provenance file per piece that is documented toward origin and holds up to audit, feeding directly into the coming product passport.
